Hotels seem to know how to make money from everything their guests do – every drink they have, every pay-per-view movie they watch, every breakfast they order, but for some reason they provide tourist advice without receiving any compensation. iTicketing offers two solutions to the hotel industry to gain an extra revenue stream from their guests:

Integration of booking engine into Hotel Website / Free Standing Computers

When guests utilize the hotel’s Wifi, they normally see a log-on page first. This log-on page can also include a link to the iTicketing booking engine (integrated with  the same look and feel as the hotel’s website) which offers tours and attractions to the hotel’s guests. The same could be integrated in the free-standing computers in the lobby. For each booking made through this page, the hotel would receive a commission.

Real time bookings for guests

The second solution we offer, is a back-end log-in to the iTicketing engine, so that the hotel can do bookings directly for their guests. For example, if a guest inquires about the Israel Museum, the reception  can offer to purchase a ticket for the guest online and provide the guest with a printed voucher for entry. Similarly, if a guest inquires about tours in Bethlehem, the hotel can do a booking on the guest’s behalf and even charge the tour to the guest’s room – the hotel gains a commission and the guest benefits from an efficient booking process that doesn’t require any contact with third parties.
